There has been a change of location for this month’s meeting of the Madison County Democrats Central Committee. Instead of our usual Pizza Ranch location, we’ll be meeting on Thursday, September 27th at the Democrats building at the Madison County Fairgrounds. This will give us a chance to acquaint people with opportunities to serve there in these last important days and weeks leading up to the election. Before the meeting, take a look at the minutes of our last meeting in August: August, 2018 Minutes for the Madison County Democrats Central Committee.

Alan Feirer’s Remaining Listening Posts
Alan Feirer has three more Listening Post events scheduled for Winterset, Earlham and Bevington/Patterson. (St. Charles, Truro, and Macksburg were visited last week.) He is very interested in meeting people and hearing what they want and need in Madison County. How can you help? If you know Alan and are already supporting him, please show up to any of the Listening Post events you are available to attend. When he is busy conversing with an individual and there are others who want to talk about their concerns, you can be available to listen and share them with Alan. Also, if you have friends in any of these communities, let them know Alan will be in their area and wants to hear from them. Each of these is set up as an individual event on his Facebook page that you could share (Alan Feirer for Madison County Iowa Supervisor). And of course, if you haven’t met Alan yet and want to bend his ear, here’s a good opportunity! He can also be reached anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org or 515-468-1969.
